Tristin will work alongside founder and CEO Steven Foster to help grow the firm’s product capabilities, train new platform operators, and continue contributing to the development of the company’s proprietary quality assurance software. The move marks a meaningful step forward for both Tristin and the firm. Over the past three years, Tristin has worked directly with Steven Foster, learning the business through hands-on involvement in platform builds, client delivery, testing, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations. His relocation reflects a natural progression of that work, giving him more responsibility and placing him closer to the team, technology, and decisions shaping the company’s next stage of growth.

A major part of Tristin’s expanded role will be helping the team continue to improve and expand Labarna AI’s platform products. He will contribute to identifying what should be built next, pressure-testing new features, finding areas that can be improved, and helping ensure the platforms the firm delivers meet the standard expected in live client environments. His role is not to run product development, but to bring the experience he has already built into the process and help make the products better.

Tristin will also take on a larger role in training new operators as Labarna AI continues expanding its operations. The company’s platforms require people who understand not only what the systems are designed to do, but how they behave in day-to-day use. Over the past three years, Tristin has spent significant time working through those systems, identifying errors, improving workflows, and developing an understanding of how the technology can be made easier for the people using it. That knowledge is difficult to transfer through documentation alone. He will work directly with new operators, walking them through the platforms, helping them understand internal processes, and showing them how the systems function in practice. When someone new joins the operation, Tristin will be one of the people helping them get up to speed the right way.

Another important part of his role will be the continued development of Labarna AI’s proprietary quality assurance software. Tristin has already been contributing to the company’s QA work with increasing involvement, and that responsibility will expand this fall. Quality assurance is a critical part of everything Labarna AI delivers. It is how the firm identifies problems, validates functionality, pressure-tests systems, and makes sure platforms meet the required standard before they reach a client environment. Going forward, Tristin will continue helping expand the QA platform and contribute to the autonomous agents being built to automate many of its core functions. The goal is to take the way he naturally approaches quality assurance — looking for inconsistencies, spotting patterns, questioning whether something is operating as intended, and identifying where something could fail — and increasingly build that logic into the system itself.

Tristin is the first to acknowledge that he still has more to learn and more responsibility to earn. What the last three years have given him is familiarity with the work that cannot be created overnight. He knows the platforms, understands the company’s standards, and knows where he can make a meaningful contribution.
